User Needs Statements:

Mary, a private pilot, needs a way to make flight planning quicker and easier so she can spend more time doing what she actually enjoys, flying.

Louise, a ‘right-seat pilot’ needs a way to plan transportation, lodging, dining and entertainment for her destination ahead of time so she can enjoy her trip to the fullest.

 

The big idea I have chosen for Louise’s need statement would be an app which allows you to enter the airport you are heading to and then choose different categories. The categories would include, transportation, lodging, restaurants and entertainment near the selected airport. Each category would link to phone numbers and websites of different options needed in order to plan for when you arrive and prebook whatever you may need.
